The Yahoo! Group Corel Beginners is a good place to start if you're learning your way around Corel Draw.  

Yahoo! Groups require registration but it's free and easy to use.  Once you choose yourself a Yahoo! login name and password, you're on your way.  Click the "Join This Group" link and you're in.  You can configure your account to deliver each message post right to your in-box.
